Cramps. Just say your have unbearable cramps. Or diarrhea, use that one and people get uncomfortable and dont question much lol.
me i got out of school like 8 times in one year, when your in school ask to go to the bathroom and get hot water and put in on your forehead then get your sick face out and star to walk slow and make your face pale by holding your breath for like 6 seconds if that does not work do that the whole day

i don't want to go to school and how do i get out of it? i have an assignment i have to do and its night so i can't!!
-Complain a little (don't over do it) the night before.
-Set your alarm to 2 or 3 am and then wake up, wake up your mother (or whichever parent thats nicer) and tell them you're feeling really sick and ask them what you should do.
-Reset your alarm to about an hour before you have to get up and say you threw up but flushed the toilet. You can even take something disgusting from your fridge and smear a smudge on the toilet seat and handle.
-Makeup! Use black eyeliner or eyeshadow to make bags under your eyes. If your going for a cold, put some blush or dot some red lipliner on and under your nose. If you have light foundation, cover your face with it to make you look paler (paleness is common for many sicknesses)
-For a temperature, you can fill a coffee mug a little less than halfway with water and then pop it in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. You may have to experiment with different mugs because some get hotter quicker than others. When you have a good mug, heat it up and then pour out all the water. Prop it up onto your forehead and keep it there. When your mom/dad comes to check it, quickly take it off. Be careful not to get it too hot, you want your temperature to somewhat match the level of sickness you look like you have.
-Drip some water into your nose, if your lucky, you'll get sniffly. Don't put too much water in, you don't want to get too much in your lungs, of course. But a little doesn't hurt :)
-Fake an ear infection. Those are really easy to fake. Just say your ear feels really weird like it does on an airplane, and then describe a pain in your ear. Say that whenever you burp, you get a sharp pain. This is all true.
-Be very lazy and always keep your blanket with you covering yourself wherever you go.
-Stay in your pajama pants all day w/ socks on and put on the most kiddy shirt you have. Hello kitty usually works well hahaa.

'm an expert at this.
1. If your parent's trust you prepare a convincing argument of why you couldn't do your assignment. Make sure to emphasize how important this grade is.
2. Fake a stomach ache. stomach ache is a good way to get out of it because you can't check it with a thermometer. Spend your morning in the bathroom, your parents can't force you out, tell them you feel really ill and ask if you can stay home.
3. Pretend to puke. This will take some prepping. Get bread, applesauce, olives, pickles, and anything from last night's dinner and mix it all together with some water. Then dump some in a toilet bowl. Pretend that you ran in there and puked.. :D
4. Got to school, but take that period off and go the nurse's office.
