Can someone help me solve, explain this quote?

"If you go back in time and kill your grandma, then you wont exist. If you don't exist, then you will exist because you won't've been able to kill your grandma. If you exist, then you will go back in time and kill your grandma. Just think about that for a while. If you do things, it might hurt you in some way. If you are hurt in some way, you won't be able to do things. If you aren't able to do things, the world might change in a bad way."

It basically means, your actions in the present only happen because of what happened in your past, and then what happens in the past and the present all lead up to the future.

So in other words, If you didn't do one small thing, it could change everything in the future. The quote gives the example of if you killed your grandma, you would not be born, but if you were not born, you would not be able to kill your grandma, so infact you are still alive.

It is kinda confusing, but to sum up- The actions you take now will affect your future.
