Answer:one of the organization's deans is the vice-chair of the organization's irb Explanation:An institutional conflict of interest (COI) is a situation where the interests of a member of an organization (usually financial interests) are in conflict with the best interests of the organization itself. Though there is no specific rule that prohibits a dean from participating in a  institutional review board (IRB), if they do participate in one of them, they shouldn't do it as vice-chair. The IRB should control the activities and research carried out by the organization and the dean will always side with the organization, so he/she shouldn't have much power inside the IRB.
