The Most Dangerous Game questions help?
I read the story- twice. And re-read several parts. And yet I still cant get these questions. Help please? 1) What have you heard about animals having "reason" before? 2) If the General sees he is close to losing, what does he do to ensure he wins? 3) When hunting Rainsford, why does the General go back home? 4)What changes Rainsford's mind about whether animals feel fear? 5) Why does the General say Rainsford is "not playing the game"? 6) How does Rainsford "outsmart" General Zaroff? Btw, the General and General Zaroff are the same person. I know it's a lot, but I'm so lost! Thanks!See Answer 10 Add Answers
I read this a long time ago, but I can help you with a few answers
2. He cheats (if you look it will go into specific detail how he does this)
3. He went home because he didn't want to kill rainsford yet. hes having fun toying with him as his prey.
4. He himself becomes the prey, and feels the fear and anxiety that animals must feel.
5. Doesn't he jump into ocean or something and sneaks into zaroffs house? (not sure about the last one) that's majority of what I remember though
