Free homeschooling in PA?

I'm moving to PA and my moms wants me to do homeschooling but she doesn't have enough money to pay, so is there any free homeschooling in PA? I prefer online. Please tell me the ones you think are most useful or the best choice. Thank you. Update: I go to 8th grade BTW

Both Connections Academy and K12 offer free online programs through public schools in PA. You would do similar work using similar books as regular students. The program would be in charge of your education. You would follow their curriculum, assignments, rules, and schedule. Since each state has it's own online programs (even though they are all administered by either K12 or Connections Academy), not all states will have the same features or requirements so people from other states using the "same" program won't have the same experience to be able to compare to PA.

However, independent homeschooling doesn't have to be expensive. Most families spend about $500-1000/year. Last year I spent $800. This year is $600. Some curriculum providers even offer payment plans. You can use the library or buy used curriculum to save money.

Online public schools are not homeschooling.  Homeschooling is regulated by specific homeschooling laws in each state.

Online public schools do operate in PA.  They are paid for by the taxpayer, just like any other public schools.

Personally I do not think any of them are a good choice.  If public school was doing its job, there would not be so many parents turning to homeschooling.

Depends on what state you're in.. We live in PA and there are many cyber schools available.
