Connections Academy or K12?

So i'm trying to find the best online public school and so far I was recommended these two choices. K12 and Connections Academy. I need to know which one I should choose but i'm not sure which one is better for me.Both seem very good. Can you please help me choose? And explain why it is the better choice? Thank you.
