You know, stones are symbols of difficulties or complicated situations and people. The way you face and treat them depends on your view toward them. You can ignore them and behave in a way that they don't exist, complain about them and show your weakness, face them and beat them, or be positive and use them to grow high.

The quote is basically discussing how people react to problems. "We can throw stones (have a  violent response like a riot to things we don't like), complain about them, stumble on them (use them as an excuse to grumble about what's wrong with our life), climb over them (keep moving forward with our lives regardless of our problems), or build with them (use the lessons learned from our problems so we don't encounter those problems again)."
